如果说八字是一部手机，格局就是你的处理器型号，而用神和忌神——是充电器和耗电App。If your Bazi chart is a phone, the structure is your processor model, and Yongshen and Jishen — are the charger and the battery-draining app.
用神：对你最有利的五行。它像充电器，给你能量。忌神：对你最有害的五行。它像后台疯狂运行的App，耗你的电。Yongshen: the element most beneficial to you. It's like a charger, giving you energy. Jishen: the element most harmful to you. It's like an app running wild in the background, draining your battery.
先看你日主是强还是弱。比如你的日主是甲木，八字里木和水加起来有六个——太强了，需要"泄"。什么东西能泄木？木生火——所以火是你的用神。火能泄掉你过旺的木气，让你平衡。First, check if your Day Master is strong or weak. Say your Day Master is Jia Wood, and you have six Wood and Water characters combined — way too strong, needs "draining." What drains Wood? Wood produces Fire — so Fire is your Yongshen. Fire drains your excess Wood energy and brings balance.
反过来，如果你日主是庚金，八字里只有自己一个金——太弱了。什么东西能生金？土生金——所以土是你的用神。土给你补充能量。On the flip side, if your Day Master is Geng Metal and you're the only Metal in the chart — way too weak. What produces Metal? Earth produces Metal — so Earth is your Yongshen. Earth supplements your energy.
这就是用神的基本逻辑：强了就泄，弱了就补。不是随便说"你缺火所以用神是火"，缺不代表需要。如果日主已经火很旺了，你再补火就是找死。That's the core logic of Yongshen: if strong, drain; if weak, supplement. It's not just "you lack Fire, so Yongshen is Fire." Missing doesn't mean needing. If your Day Master is already blazing with Fire, adding more is self-destruction.
知道了用神，你的人生就有了一个"底层参数"。比如你的用神是水——水对应的行业是物流、交通、贸易、传播。水对应的方向是北方。水对应的性格是灵活、变通、善于沟通。Once you know your Yongshen, you have a "baseline parameter" for life. Say your Yongshen is Water — Water-linked industries include logistics, transportation, trade, and media. Water's direction is north. Water's personality traits are flexibility, adaptability, and communication skill.
不是说让你搬家去北方就发财了，而是说你在做重大决策时，可以把这个作为参考维度之一——"我五行喜水，是不是往流动性强的行业发展更适合我？"This doesn't mean "move north and get rich." It means when making big decisions, use this as one reference dimension — "I favor Water, so would a high-flow industry suit me better?"
同样的逻辑反向适用于忌神。如果你的忌神是火，你就知道为什么你在高压环境下特别容易崩溃了——火的特性就是高压力、快节奏、竞争激烈。你需要一个更"水"的环境来平衡。The same logic works in reverse for Jishen. If your Jishen is Fire, you now understand why you crash under high pressure — Fire's nature is high stress, fast pace, intense competition. You need a more "Water-like" environment to balance it out.
会。用神是动态的。它跟你的大运有关。你可能这十年用神是水，下十年换了一个大运，用神变成了木。所以不要刻舟求剑——"我二十年以前算命说我的用神是火"——那已经是老黄历了。Yes. Yongshen is dynamic. It shifts with your Luck Cycles. Your Yongshen might be Water for this decade, then switch to Wood when your next Luck Cycle kicks in. So don't carve it in stone — "twenty years ago a fortune teller said my Yongshen was Fire" — that's ancient history.
