八字里最大的误解之一：身强就是身体强壮，身弱就是体弱多病。每次看到有人这么理解我都想笑。一个八字金多身强的程序员，可能引体向上一个都做不了。One of the biggest Bazi misunderstandings: "strong body" means physically fit, "weak body" means sickly. Every time I see this I want to laugh. A programmer with a Metal-heavy strong Day Master might not be able to do a single pull-up.
八字的身是日主（日柱的天干）。强和弱是日主在整个盘中的力量大小。最简单的判断法：数一数八字里跟你日主同五行或者生你日主的字有几个。队友+后援达到4个以上偏强，3个以下偏弱。In Bazi, "body" means the Day Master (the Heavenly Stem of your Day Pillar). "Strong" or "weak" describes its relative power in the whole chart. Simplest test: count how many characters share your Day Master's element or produce it. Four or more allies/supporters = tends strong; three or fewer = tends weak.
身强的人抗压能力强，遇到事能扛。但也容易"太能扛"——扛到自己不知道透支了。适合做需要持续输出的工作。需要注意：太强了就容易固执。用神的逻辑是"泄"——用食伤来消耗过剩能量。Strong Day Masters handle pressure well — they can take a hit. But they can also "take too many hits" without realizing they're overdrawn. Suited for jobs requiring sustained output. Watch out: too strong leads to stubbornness. The Yongshen logic is "drain" — use Output stars to burn off excess energy.
身弱的人敏感度高，对环境变化反应快。不是"弱"，是"精"。适合做需要洞察力的工作——研究、分析、创意。缺点是容易内耗，想太多。用神的逻辑是"补"——用印星来增强自己。Weak Day Masters are highly sensitive, quick to sense environmental shifts. It's not "weak" — it's "refined." Suited for insight-driven work — research, analysis, creativity. The downside: prone to overthinking and internal drain. The Yongshen logic is "supplement" — use Resource stars to strengthen yourself.
这个世界不是身强的人比身弱的人成功。很多顶级艺术家科学家都是身弱格。因为他们敏感所以能感受到别人感受不到的东西。The world isn't divided into "strong Day Masters succeed, weak ones fail." Many top artists and scientists have weak Day Master charts. Their sensitivity lets them perceive what others miss.
